Growing up in a traditional medical hall has equipped third-generation owner Chin Siong with an insider look into the operations needed to run a herbal dispensary.
Trained in UK as an Engineer with a logical and curious mind, he has viewed herbal dispensary as science in many ways, such as the function of the weighing scale and the combination of herbs.
TCM has infiltrated every aspect of Chin Siong’s life, with his four children taking herbs in different stages of the lives – from sports injuries to wearing braces.
